Make an appointment Appointments are made directly with Alexandra Jutzi by phone, in writing via WhatsApp, or email. Appointments are confirmed verbally or in writing. The appointment is made when the customer accepts the provider’s offer. Appointments are binding. If the client is unable to attend, they can cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. A cancellation fee may be charged for short-notice cancellations or no-shows. Prices and payment Prices are based on the current price list of Equine Soul & Bodywork Alexandra Jutzi. Payment terms are stated on the invoices. Liability Equine Soul & Bodywork Alexandra Jutzi assumes no liability for damage caused by improper handling or inadequate preparation of the horse. Any liability for damages and injuries is declined. Customer's obligations The client undertakes to provide all relevant information about the horse truthfully and to prepare the horse accordingly before treatment. Any known health or behavioral problems of the horse must be reported in advance. If the horse suffers from a contagious disease, this must be reported in advance or immediately. This low-level laser, with an output of 50 watts, can be used safely both outdoors and in stables without the risk of injury. It is approved by the FEI and can be used flexibly before or after sporting activities on animals as well as humans. Thanks to innovative super pulse technology, which uses four different wavelengths (465 nm, 905 nm, 850 nm and 660 nm), the laser can target different structures in the body with pinpoint accuracy. This enables precise treatment of a wide range of issues, such as physical and health complaints. It also features blue light therapy, which has been proven to achieve positive results in treating infections such as MRSA.
