* Travel expenses are divided among the number of customers per tour.

In the case of emergencies or extraordinary treatments requested independently of a tour, the individual customer will bear the full travel costs.

All costs are charged without VAT.

Appointments

Appointment requests and arrangements can be made by telephone, WhatsApp, email or contact form.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed date. After that, 50% will be charged, including any petrol costs, depending on the tour.

Cancellations due to health emergencies involving the horse will be dealt with on an individual basis.
